Peterson Family Dentistry we try to carefully set up appointments
to accommodate your schedule. If your needs change, we appreciate
as much advance notice as possible. Please give us 24 hours
notice if you need to change your appointment. Your time
is reserved for you and cancellations with less notice may
be charged a missed appointment fee.
If we are unavailable to take your call, please feel free
to leave a detailed message letting us know how we may help
you. Providing details such as the times and days you are
available for an appointment will help us quickly serve
your needs.
After we make an appointment for your first visit, we
can send you registration materials so that you can complete
them prior to your visit. Or better yet, you can fill out
the forms on your own by printing them off our website.
When your treatment is a bit more complex, we schedule a
complementary treatment conference to review the diagnosis
and the recommended treatment phases. We also encourage
you to visit the links on this site to learn more about
various treatments and the equipment we use.
Prior to completing treatment, we can provide you with
a written treatment plan to outline the treatment, the amount
of time for each appointment and the estimated costs of
each phase. Should we notice something in your dental health
that requires a consultation, we may schedule more time
to talk with you about your options. If you are interested,
we review a variety of financing options and MasterCard/Visa.
